Creative workshops & groups which centre wellness & healing. These spaces are therapeutic & set in themes such as:

  • healing racial trauma

  • self-love

  • body positivity

Sessions are virtual or in-person, making use of creative arts & poetry.

I’m available to guest as a speaker for a range of audiences. Topics include:

  • Healing from trauma

  • Trauma in the Black community

  • Unpacking oppression

  • Resilience & Vulnerability

I have hosted a number of talks, virtually and in London, for audiences including Universal Music Group, University of East London, Black Minds Matter & BBC Radio.

I occasionally collaborate with brands to review & promote products which support emotional wellbeing and self-care. This is done via my Instagram platform @RealTalk.Therapist
